Providing initial assistance to project teams on commercial and contractual matters  Ensuring compliance of contract terms and conditions as part of the contract administration process and project handover  Support the commercial manager in the administration of the head contract  Co-ordinate overall management of controlled documents for the project Assist the Commercial Manager in compiling monthly client and internal reporting packs as required  Communicating regularly with project stakeholders (verbally and written) as required by the commercial manager.
