With an increase in new projects being awarded, the company is now seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join the business to work on a range of projects supporting the Project Manager as well as the project teams.
Role Responsibilities: Prepare subcontractor procurement schedules, scopes, lettings, and packages.Review, negotiate and finalize subcontracts.Manage and track project expenditure inclusive of subcontractor claims.Progress claim assistance and external variations.Administration of RFIs to internal and external stakeholders.Role Requirements: Have 3-5 years' experience working for a construction fit-out or refurbishment business.Hold relevant qualifications in construction management.Have experience working on projects up to $5M+ in value.Be well organised with a keen eye for detail.Communicate effectively both written and verbally.Have experience dealing with suppliers, negotiating, and finalizing contract agreements.What's in it for you: Join one of Australia's leading Fit-out & Refurbishment construction companies.Opportunity to gain experience across a variety of different sectors & projects.Clearly mapped out career path and above market related salary package.Fast tracking of career to Project Manager.Exposure to larger and more diverse projects.
