The Role Contract Administrator - As the CA, you will be responsible for managing all the financial outcomes for the project, including:
Procurement of tradesProgress claimsClose management of variationsCost reporting processYou will work closely with the Project Manager and Site Manager on design issues and remedies.
Your initial project will be a luxury apartment project in central Brisbane valued at around $70m.
About You The ideal candidate will come from a Tier 1 or 2 contractor with 5+ years of experience working on similar size projects.
You will be confident operating autonomously as a Contract Administrator and demonstrate the initiative, energy, and integrity to develop your career in a supportive and fun environment.
Remuneration There is a salary package of up to $200k + Bonus for the right candidate.
