It will provide experience in the construction industry that not many can offer. The Company Our client is a construction company committed to uncompromising excellence in every project.
Working closely with leading architects and designers to deliver iconic designs and superior craftsmanship to deliver a finished product that pushes the envelope of design and form.
They pride themselves on meticulous attention to detail and craftsmanship: Building luxury homes up to $20m in construction value, in Brisbane's most affluent suburbs.
They also offer design services for a fully integrated design and construction solution.
The Role Contract Administrator - As the CA, you will be responsible for managing all the financial outcomes for the project, from procurement of trades, progress claims, close management of variations and more.
You will administer and manage the cost reporting process and work closely with the Project Manager and Site Manager on Design issues and remedies.
You will be based out of the Brisbane office and travel to site as and when required.
About You The ideal candidate will come from a Tier 2 or 3 commercial construction principal contractor and will have 2 years + experience working as a CA.
You will be confident operating autonomously as a Contract Administrator and demonstrate the initiative, energy and integrity to want to develop your career in a supportive and fun environment.
Remuneration There is a salary package of up to $170k depending on the level of experience.
