Summary

CGC Recruitment are working in collaboration with a well-established, national commercial construction head contractor who has a new opportunity for a Contract Administrator to join the business due to newly awarded projects.

Projects are diverse in size & scale, with a high-end client base and regular repeat customers.
Projects are mainly in the commercial fitout space, typically ranging from $1m-8m.

The Role - Contract Administrator

With a modern CBD-based head office, this role will be a hybrid between office & site.
Projects are largely in & around the Brisbane CBD/metro area.
As a national business, they ensure projects are well-resourced, with an experienced Project Manager who will mentor you through the next stages of your career.
As Contract Administrator, you'll be responsible for managing sub-contractors, cost management, RFIs, and providing support to the PM.

Experience

The client is ideally looking for an intermediate level Contract Administrator, with 3+ years of experience within the commercial construction industry - either in fit-out/refurb or small new build construction.
Degree qualified, ideally in construction or project management.
