We are looking for a Contract Administrator to join the team in Brisbane.
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for completing Contracts Management duties that deliver effective project outcomes.
As the Contract Administrator you will:
Participate in project meetings throughout the project lifecycleSupport project procurement through Tender activitiesManage all contract documentation for the projectAnalyse budgets, cashflows and prepare reporting as requiredAttend site to assess and verify progress claimsManage internal and external relationships to ensure project outcomesAs the ideal applicant you will be:
Tertiary qualified in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying or possess equivalent experienceExperienced with Industrial projects greater than $20 mil in valueHighly developed interpersonal and relationship management skillsHow to apply To apply for this role, please submit your application via our careers website.
