About you
As a critical contributor to the team, you will be responsible for assessing and reviewing project requirements, such as resourcing, budget and risk management, and ensuring the overall successful delivery of our projects.
To be successful in this role, you will be:
A proficient Contracts Administrator with 3+ years previous experience
A strong collaborator, motivated by working with others to deliver exceptional outcomes
A natural problem-solver with an exceptional eye for detail
A confident communicator, that values strong stakeholder and client relationships
Role Responsibilities:
Assist the PM in monitoring & reporting on the performance of projects
Maintain project documents and assets
Review technical specifications and develop detailed instructions for the site team
Support the Estimating Team with estimating, tendering and bidding for projects
Responsible for budget management, ensuring that projects are undertaken within approved budgets and monitoring/tracking financial status
Demonstrate a sound understanding of contract variations and their implications
Participate in client meetings and ensure client/contractor relationships are maintained and improved throughout the course of the project and after completion
