Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Contracts Administrator to join a contractor delivering major Solar Farm and BESS projects.
The successful candidate will play a key role in managing and administering contracts for these significant renewable energy projects.
This role is based in Brisbane.
Key Responsibilities: Contract Management:Prepare, review, and manage contracts related to major solar and BESS projects.Ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions.Monitor contract performance and address any issues or discrepancies.Documentation and Reporting:Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract documentation.Prepare regular reports on contract status, performance, and compliance.Assist in the preparation of project budgets and financial forecasts.Stakeholder Coordination:Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth contract execution.Address and resolve any contractual issues in a timely and professional manner.Risk Management:Identify potential risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.Ensure all contractual obligations are met, protecting the company's interests.Support and Administration:Provide administrative support to the project management team.Assist in the preparation and submission of tenders and proposals.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.Minimum of 2 years of experience in contract administration working on major construction or renewable energy projects.Strong understanding of contract law and commercial terms.Excellent organizational and time-management skills.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in contract management software and MS Office Suite.What's on Offer: Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunity to work on major solar, BESS, and wind projects, contributing to a sustainable future.Collaborative and supportive work environment.Professional development and career growth opportunities.Flexible working arrangements (WFH 2-3 days a week).How to Apply: To apply, please do so directly via this advert or send your CV to ******.
