Job Description Summary
The C&W PDS team are currently seeking an additional Contracts Administrator to join our Brisbane team.
Job Description
As part of the C&W PDS business unit, the Contracts Administrator plays a key role in supporting our Project Management team to ensure the timely delivery of projects on behalf of our valued clients.
About the role
Provide administrative support to the project managers.
Provide administrative support for procuring and contracting all necessary vendors for the project.
Maintain accurate project cost and time data in management systems (eg. Procore, JDE E1, Converga).
Assist Project Managers in client billing activities, contributing to meeting overall department fee target.
Provide relief to project managers with the management of projects on occasion basis.
About You
Degree level qualification in project or construction management or equivalent construction related experience.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in project coordination or construction administration roles.
Proficient skills, or ability to learn quickly, in the use of software such as Procore, JDE, Converga, MS Project.
Proficiency in financial and project reporting, including cash flows and budget management.
Interpretation of architectural plans to effectively define project scopes and handle claims.
Expertise in cost management, including tracking project expenditure and managing subcontractor claims.
