Role Overview:
You will play a crucial role in managing contractual obligations and financial aspects of our $500 million rail project. Your role is pivotal in maintaining project timelines and profitability.
Key Responsibilities: Manage contract administration throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and conditions. Collaborate closely with project stakeholders to resolve any contractual disputes or issues promptly. Monitor project financials and budgets to ensure adherence to financial goals. Conduct regular contract reviews and risk assessments to mitigate potential project risks. Support the team in maintaining accurate contract documentation and records. Required Skills and Experience: Proven experience as a Contract Administrator in the rail sector is essential. Strong knowledge of contract law, construction regulations, and industry standards. Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively interact with stakeholders. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
