About the role:
Working in our fast-paced environment, you need to be a personable and proactive individual with outstanding attention to detail. You must also be able to demonstrate your understanding of, or experience in:
Negotiation of subcontract packages & subcontract administration; Preparation and submission of variation orders & contractual notices; Preparing head contract progress claims & reports; Assistance in project cost reporting & forecasting; Liaising and effectively communicating with clients, architects, consultants, and subcontractors; Ability to interrogate contractual claims and variations; You will have a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in commercial construction with strong communication and organisational skills. You must work with integrity in all that you do and be honest and accountable at all times.
A tertiary qualification in Construction Management or Quantity Surveying is desirable, and a legal entitlement to work in Australia is essential.
