Naturally, variations must be raised and submitted daily to the project's scope and budgetary considerations.Not to mention lodging RFI's (requests for information) and EOTs (extension of time) claims would be part of your weekly duties. At the same time, you prepare and process the progress claims for the suppliers/vendors and subcontractors you're working with throughout the project's life cycle.Although the personality of the person they are looking for isn't critical in the decision-making criteria, the ideal candidate would be very comfortable liaising with internal and external stakeholders without any issues.What comes with autonomy, freedom, and an excellent salary is accountability, responsibility, and specific expectations.
