Responsibilities: Assist in the negotiation of favorable contract terms with both internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring the best outcomes for property sales.Responsible for drafting, reviewing, and processing variations to sales contracts for properties, ensuring the accuracy and compliance of contract terms to minimize potential risks.Manage the contract documentation for property sales projects, including contract signing, archiving, and updating, ensuring the completeness and accessibility of documents.Handle customer inquiries and disputes related to house and apartment sales contracts, providing timely solutions to ensure satisfaction for all parties involved.Provide risk analysis for management regarding contract terms, and propose feasible risk management strategies to ensure the security and stability of transactions.Responsible for the regular update of contracts to ensure they reflect the latest legal regulations and market dynamics, safeguarding the company's legal rights in contracts.Explain the complex terms of contracts to internal teams and clients, helping them better understand and comply with the contractual requirements.Establish and maintain long-term collaborative relationships with clients, sales, and partners to optimize contract terms, reduce risks, and enhance contract value.Provide monthly reports on contract progress, track project execution, address any financial and legal issues related to contracts promptly, and support the needs of the team. Requirements: To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone with the following experience:
At least hold Bachelor Degree.At least three years of experience as a contract administrator.Experience in the real estate/construction industry is required.Proficiency in English is required.Flexible working on modified schedules and alternative hours.Preference for bilingual candidates.
