The Role
The Contract Administrator (CA) reports to the Commercial and Contracts Manager.
Responsible for all aspects of contract management for projects in delivery, including preparation of variations, extensions of time, payment claims, and ensuring compliance with the head contract.
Responsible for managing subcontractors, including assessing and processing claims, variations, and extensions of time.
