Contract Administrator, Gold Coast

We are in search of a Construction Administrator to support the delivery of one of our high-end developments on the Gold Coast.
As a key member of our on-site construction team, you will:
Prepare and issue trade tender packages in line with the procurement schedule.Prepare subcontractor and supplier agreements.Process invoices, purchase orders, and requisitions.Assess and process subcontractor payments, variation claims, and EOT claims.Prepare and complete monthly project financial and performance-based reporting.ABOUT YOU We are looking for someone who has:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field (desirable).Ability to develop and maintain positive and proactive relationships.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Strong attention to detail and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Self-motivated and willing to assist other team members as required.To apply, please send a detailed resume and cover letter explaining why you want to be a part of the Mosaic team to ******
