About the Role:
We are seeking a Full Time Contract Administrator to manage contractual relationships with international education agents and oversee the student referral and admissions process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient contract administration, maintaining strong relationships with agents, and driving student enrolments while supporting CAC's strategic priorities: Academic Excellence, Student-Centric Services, Sustainable Future, Industry Engagement and Partnership, Planning and Compliance for Improved Productivity, and People and Culture for Greater Impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure all agent contracts reflect the expectations for academic performance, attendance, and student engagement.
Act as the key point of contact for international agents and the students they refer, ensuring a smooth and efficient student journey from enrolment to graduation.
Support agents in guiding prospective students through the admissions process, ensuring clarity on course options, entry requirements, and pathways to success.
Develop, review, negotiate, and manage contracts with agents to ensure sustainable growth and enrolment from key international markets.
Manage records of contracts and analyse potential risks involved with specific contract terms.
Ensure contracts include performance indicators that encourage agents to refer high-quality students.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with international education agents.
Respond to inquiries and resolve problems concerning contracts, programs, and services provided.
Ensure that all agent contracts and activities comply with relevant regulations, including ESOS Act, National Code, and other regulatory frameworks for international education.
Manage the end-to-end process of contract administration, from drafting agreements to negotiating terms and ensuring compliance.
Prepare reports and analysis on agent performance, enrolment figures, and market trends for senior management.
Advise senior management on matters requiring attention and implement their decisions.
Keep yourself abreast of legislative changes and report to the relevant managers.
Key Selection Criteria:
Qualifications: At least a Diploma in Business, Education, Administration, or a related field (postgraduate qualification advantageous).
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in contract management, especially in the VET or higher education sectors, and working with international education agents.
Skills: Strong negotiation, administrative, and organizational skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of ESOS Act, National Code, and international student enrolment standards.
Other Requirements: Willingness to travel to meet agents and represent CAC.
