In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the successful execution of contracts, managing client relationships, and coordinating aspects of project delivery. Your ability to manage multiple tasks, communicate effectively, and meticulously oversee contractual details will be essential to your success.Responsibilities:1. Contract Management: Manage the full lifecycle of contracts related to pump station projects, from initial review and negotiation through to execution and closeout. Ensure all contractual terms, including scope of work, deliverables, timelines, and pricing, are adhered to.2. Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary liaison for clients, addressing any questions or concerns related to contracts, project progress, and deliverables. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.3. Project Coordination: Work closely with internal teams, including those in design, installation, maintenance, and repair, to ensure smooth project execution. Coordinate resources, schedules, and logistics to meet project deadlines while adhering to quality standards.4. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate contract records and project documentation. Prepare regular project status updates for clients and internal stakeholders, highlighting key milestones and opportunities.5. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues that could affect contract performance or project delivery. Develop and implement strategies to mitigate these risks and ensure the successful completion of projects.6. Continuous Improvement: Participate in process improvement initiatives by identifying areas for optimization.
