Contract Administrator - Fitout & Refurbishment - Sydney CBD Harrison- Barrat Group are currently representing a National Fitout practice, in securing an experienced Contracts professional into their dynamic team in Sydney.

Our client are looking for a talented Contract Administrator to join their award-winning company, where innovation, collaboration, and growth are at the heart of everything we do.
The role: As a Contract Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of medium to large-scale projects.
Your responsibilities will include: Overseeing contract administration from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards Managing subcontractors and suppliers, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations Assisting with project documentation, including progress reports, variations, and claims Supporting project managers in risk management and dispute resolution Maintaining strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders What We're Looking For: Minmum 5 years as Contract Administrator in the commercial fitout and refurbishment sector in Australia PRoven working projects up to $10M specific in commercial fitout.
Strong understanding of construction contracts, procurement, and project delivery processes Excellent organisational, communication, and negotiation skills Ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team A proactive, solution-focused approach to problem solving A commitment to delivering projects on time and within budget Why Join?
