This role offers the chance to join a team delivering a wide range of successful projects across WA, with newly awarded contracts ready to commence.About You:Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Economics, or equivalent.Experience working on fitout and refurbishment projects.Strong organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.Committed to Health and Safety standards across all levels.A keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with site and project teams to manage commercial project aspects.Oversee all contractual and commercial matters related to the project.Support cost forecasting, reporting, and procurement processes.Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.Arrange and lead routine project meetings.Prepare and negotiate tender documentation and contracts as needed.Review progress claims and manage payment certificates.Ensure strict compliance with budgets and expenditure protocols.What's On Offer:Competitive salary package of $120k–$130k + Super.Opportunity to work with a respected local contractor on diverse projects.Permanent full-time role with career growth potential.Immediate start for the right candidate.If you're motivated, adaptable, and ready to make an impact in fitout and refurbishment construction, apply now!
