Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage contracts related to fit-out and refurbishment projects.Collaborate with project teams to ensure smooth execution of contracts.Review and negotiate contractual agreements, identifying potential risks and proposing solutions.Maintain accurate documentation and records of all contractual correspondence.Monitor project timelines and budgets to ensure adherence to contractual obligations.Foster positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Contract Administrator within the construction industry.In-depth knowledge of fit-out and refurbishment processes.Strong negotiation and communication skills.Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.Familiarity with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.Must have a minimum of 3 years experience as a contract administrator.Must have a minimum of 3 years of LOCAL experience.
