Contract Administrator / Contracts Manager- less hours than a builder
Your new company
Completely unique, a project management consultancy and advisory firm.
One of my favourite clients due to the uniqueness of what they do, providing their staff with something entirely different. These guys are an extremely experienced and well-networked property development and strategic advisory firm. Not only is the role different, the hours and work-life balance is far more attractive to your standard builder.

Are you a Contract Administrator or Contracts Manager who enjoys the role but would love to remove some of the frustrations? Imagine working on the Developer, Consultancy side; Not dealing with subcontractors*getting into contracts at a higher level *getting into the financials on developments *less around variations *More into consultancy scope rather than subcontractor scope *tenders to major builders, not subcontractors*simply less head banging!!
They offer a different overall service- dealing with clients from the outset of projects to improve the overall delivery throughout. Providing a strategic service upfront which makes projects more cost-effective and better outcomes overall. Their core business is front end development/project strategy and replanning whilst their PM function is an additional service they provide. Essentially, they provide full life cycle development services.
