About the role Reporting to the Project Manager you will be responsible for; helping to close out 4 on going jobs chasing up drawings completing handover manuals defect management  documentation management  About you   1+ years experience in construction as a CA.
Preferably have commercial design and construct experience Have great communication and negotiating skills.
Ability to work in a team environment Strong problem solving skills and have the ability to drive successful commercial outcomes for the company What's on Offer $70K-$90K salary package (down to an hourly rate) Employment with a commercial builder with strong project pipeline Work for a genuine family business with the right values Geelong Office Location 2-3 month contract The Builder Established for over 20 years, our client is a leading commercial builder based in Geelong.
