The Position – Contract Administrator

Preparation of subcontractor tender packages, scope of works, contract documentation and procurement schedulesPreparation of head contract progress claimsSubmission and evaluation of variationsManaging both upstream and downstream with a focus on managing downstreamHead contract administrationPrepare end of monthly costs reports for presentation to the Construction ManagerAdminister RFIs to clients and consultantsAssisting Project Manager with daily operationsMaintaining project document controlBuild relationships and negotiate with suppliers

Skills and Experience

Minimum 3 years' experience as a CA or Project CoordinatorRelevant qualifications in Construction Management or related fieldStrong understanding of construction processes, materials, and regulationsExcellent leadership and organizational skillsAbility to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawingsStrong communication and interpersonal skills
