Contract Administrator - Commerical ConstructionContract Administrator - Commerical ConstructionWe are currently working with a commercial builder that is actively hiring a Contracts Administrator to join the team. Working alongside another Contracts Administrator and a Project Manager you will be working on a marquee hospitality project. Their head office is based in Sydney CBD where you will find a freshly refurbished space.
In this role, you'll be responsible for: Managing all aspects of the contract lifecycle, from negotiation and execution to administration and closeout.Maintaining meticulous contract records and ensuring compliance with all terms and conditions.Processing invoices, change orders, and variations in a timely and accurate manner.Liaising with internal and external stakeholders, including contractors, subcontractors, and legal counsel.Providing ongoing support to the project team on contractual matters.Identifying and mitigating potential contractual risks.To be successful, you'll need: A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role within the commercial construction industry.A strong understanding of commercial construction contracts, including industry-standard terms and conditions.Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.The ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively as part of a team.Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and contract management software (CHEPOS, Procore, Hammertech).We offer: The opportunity to work on a landmark project that will leave a lasting legacy.A competitive salary and benefits package.A dynamic and supportive work environment.The chance to contribute to the success of a leading construction company.
