Contract Administrator - Commercial Construction The Company:
A successful and highly regarded construction contractor has partnered with Design & Build to source a Contracts Administrator to join the team, involved with a portfolio of commercial, fit-out, new build, and refurbishment projects across Perth up to $30M.
They are renowned for their integrity in all areas of operation, excellence in workmanship, and ensuring clients' needs are a priority. Over the last couple of years, they have experienced steady growth and have a dynamic and high-performing team.
The Role:
As a Contracts Administrator, you will work closely with the Project Management team, assisting with the successful running of projects for a commercial builder, working on projects valued up to $50M.

Procurement of subcontractors and supplies
Negotiate contract terms and conditions with subcontractors
Reporting directly to the project manager
Coordinate the review and timely approval of payment claims submitted by subcontractors
Review and undertake the assessment of subcontractor variations in conjunction with the construction team
Actively build strong relationships with key stakeholders
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
2+ Years Contracts Administration experience in Commercial Construction
Tier 2 or 3 builder experience would be highly regarded
Strong organisational skills and excellent time management
Ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple projects
Experience with Procore (preferred)
Experience with Coins (preferred)
Strong contractual knowledge
Good communication, organisation, and negotiation skills
