are looking for an experienced Contract Administrator

to join a national construction company who specialise in large commercial and industrial construction projects.
With a long standing client base this successful company has a solid pipeline of work across Perth for 2024 and beyond.
With new project awards they are now looking to add a contract administrator to the team to work with the project team to ensure projects are successfully delivered.
As this role will be split between the office and construction sites it is a great opportunity for a Contract Administrator who enjoys both!

Your Responsibilities Include Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure materials and contractors are managed and scheduled in a timely manner Prepare all contract procedures and documentation assisting with preparation and submission of variations where relevant Develop scopes of work for contractors based on contractual obligations.
Ensure contractual compliance and that the project is running to meet contractual timeframes and parameters.
Support the technical and safety elements to ensure projects meet relevant legislation and contractual obligations.
Processing and reciting of interim payments and final payments for subcontractors and suppliers.
Cost and progress monitoring and reporting Monitor compliance with Health and Safety guidelines

You Will Have Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline (Construction Management / Economics or similar) 3 years experience as a Contract Administrator in a commercial construction environment Experience working on construction sites in the commercial and/or industrial sector Working knowledge of Australian building codes, relevant standards and regulations Knowledge and understanding of relevant safety legislation and standards Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proven ability to achieve success in a deadline driven environment

Salary wise $140k - $170k Plus Super (DOE) This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced contract administrator who is looking for a mix of office and site based duties to join a reputable national contractor with a steady client base and many exciting new projects in the pipeline.
