Contract Management:
Prepare, review, and manage contracts and subcontract agreements, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.Documentation:
Maintain and manage contract documentation, including variations, claims, and correspondence.Budget Control:
Monitor project budgets, manage financial reporting, and process payments in accordance with contractual obligations.Communication:
Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to address contract-related issues and ensure smooth project execution.Compliance:
Ensure all contracts and activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.Reporting:
Provide regular updates and reports on contract status, variations, and financial performance to senior management.Qualifications
