What is the Role? Are you looking for your next Contract Administration opportunity, and looking for a step up or change of pace in projects? We are partnered with a Tier 2 builder in Brisbane, specializing in commercial construction projects, between $10-40 million. The team prides themselves on delivering high-quality projects and are looking for a skilled Contract Administrator to join our dynamic team whilst they grow. The ideal candidate will have a background in Contract Administration, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities: Contract Management: Prepare, review, and manage contracts and subcontract agreements, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.
Documentation: Maintain and manage contract documentation, including variations, claims, and correspondence.
Budget Control: Monitor project budgets, manage financial reporting, and process payments in accordance with contractual obligations.
Communication: Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to address contract-related issues and ensure smooth project execution.
Compliance: Ensure all contracts and activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on contract status, variations, and financial performance to senior management.
Qualifications Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in contract administration within the construction industry.
Relevant qualifications in construction management, quantity surveying, or a related field.
Strong understanding of construction contracts and documentation, excellent organizational and time-management skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
