Role OverviewOur client is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing contracts throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring all commercial, contractual, and financial aspects are in line with company and client expectations.
Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and manage contract documentation, including progress claims, variations, and extension of time requests.Liaise with project managers, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure all parties are aligned on project deliverables.Assist with procurement processes, ensuring compliance with contract terms and conditions.Monitor project costs, ensuring budgetary control and forecasting.Handle contract negotiations and manage contract administration systems.Maintain accurate records of contract performance and documentation.Support the project team in ensuring timely project delivery within budget.RequirementsProven experience as a Contract Administrator in the commercial fit-out sector, with a strong understanding of contract law and construction processes.Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Proficiency in contract management software and MS Office suite.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.What We OfferOpportunity to work with a talented and driven team on exciting commercial fit-out projects.Career growth and professional development opportunities.A supportive work environment with a strong emphasis on work-life balance.Competitive salary and benefits package.How To ApplyIf you are a proactive and results-driven Contract Administrator looking for your next challenge, we'd love to hear from you!
