About the Role
Due to significant business growth, we are seeking a talented and collaborative Contract Administrator Key Responsibilities: Preparation of progress claims and variations.Assist Project Manager in contract negotiations and contract drafting.Monitor and review financial data related to contract performance.Regular reporting.Ensure full awareness of project/site stages.Work closely with all stakeholders ensuring any contractual risks are adequately managed and addressed. Skills | Experience | Qualifications
You will demonstrate industry experience working on Civil Infrastructure projects encompassing any of the following – water infrastructure, roads, earthworks, dams, energy, resources, structures or utilities. Tertiary qualification or career progression based on experience.Experience working in a similar capacity on large-scale or major civil infrastructure projects or programs.Experience in working with collaborative contract models.Effective communication skills.Excellent organisational skills.High attention to detail.Ability to manage changing priorities.Client-side contract administration experience is not a prerequisite for this role although it would be considered advantageous. If you do not have client-side experience, CPM will provide the necessary training, coaching and mentoring to ensure your success.
