Job Description
CGC Recruitment are in partnership with Australia's leading environmentally focussed main contractor who specialise in civil, remediation and environmental projects in the defence, mining and resources sectors. Typical projects are valued in the region of $10m - $100m and involve civil construction elements such as bulk / detailed earthworks, piling, excavation, civil infrastructure, soil remediation etc.
They are actively seeking a Contract Administrator with a commercial / legal background to work on a large earthworks project in Port Hedland and are keen to speak to Contract Administrators with experience working on similar projects with BHP experience. This is a site-based opportunity working on a 10:4 FIFO roster with 20% site uplift.

Candidate Criteria
A tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying. BHP experience (desirable). Knowledge of Microsoft Office & Project. Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency. Ability to work on a 10:4 FIFO roster. Previous Contracts Administration / Quantity Surveyor experience within the civil construction or resources industries. Proven experience in the preparation of contract agreements. Working knowledge of project management principles and project control applications. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point and SharePoint. Working knowledge of risk management principles and application of process.
