At Built, you won't have to wonder.A contract administrator role, built for youAs a Contract Administrator at Built, you'll be an integral member of our project teams delivering work across all built-forms ranging from $100K to $1 billion.Our ACT team are expanding and are seeking a CA to join a tight-knit team who continue to perform above expectations.Our Contract Administrators are across all commercial aspects of our projects and collaborate with all stakeholders to make sure everyone succeeds.With "no typical day", you'll enjoy variety and know you're making an impact when:You provide advice and instruction to project team members on compliance and commercial requirements of head contracts, subcontracts, consultant and supply agreements, quality management systems, policies, guidelines and project-specific procedures.The new way forward, built by youYour success here will be defined by the energy you bring to work every day.

Flexibility and adaptability will be second nature, and you'll always think smart, act smart, start strong and finish stronger!Here are the essentials you'll need for this role:Professional:Proficiency in contract/construction law and statutory and legal obligations for building design and constructionDemonstrates understanding of financial reporting conceptsExperience in different types of projects such as Design & Construct contracts; Construct only contracts; construction management contracts using Standard Form contractsComputer skills with Microsoft packagesJobpac experience would be a benefitPersonal:Strong attention to detailHas strong verbal and written communication skillsPrioritizes workload without compromisingStrong organisational skillsCommunicates openly and frequently with Manager regarding own performance and invites inputAbility to demonstrate professionalism when dealing with Clients (in any forum)Able to work under pressureDemonstrates time management, planning and organisation skillsQualifications & Experience:Experience in contract administration practices (3-5 years' experience in a similar role)Tertiary qualifications in quantity surveying, construction management, construction law or other relevant disciplineWhy Built?Proudly Australian and privately owned, Built is the only construction company to offer a total solution across all built-forms, sectors and sizes.
