Contract Administrator - Builder Developer

The Company Our client is a market leading developer delivering their own projects in South East QLD. In an exciting time for the company, they are forecasting record sales in a buoyant, luxury owner occupier apartment market.

They pride themselves on over-resourcing their projects to support better people, safety, quality, and program outcomes. They operate with large project teams and on 5-day weeks, which supports a better work-life balance and impressive staff retention.
The Role As the Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for managing all the financial outcomes for the project, including procurement of trades, progress claims, close management of variations, and more. You will administer and manage the cost reporting process and work closely with the Project Manager and Site Manager on design issues and remedies. You will be based out of the central Brisbane office and travel to site as required. Your initial project will be a luxury apartment project in central Brisbane valued at around $70m.
About You The ideal candidate will come from a Tier 1 or 2 contractor and will have 5+ years of experience working on similar size projects. You will be confident operating autonomously as a Contract Administrator and demonstrate the initiative, energy, and integrity to develop your career in a supportive and fun environment.
Remuneration There is a salary package of up to $200k for the right candidate.
