About the role

Reporting to the Project Manager you will be responsible for;
Preparing scopes of work Preparing monthly cost reports and forecasts. Administrating the head and sub-contracts. Progress payments.Deal with any variations or contractual matters that arise.About you 2-6 years experience in construction as a CA.Preferably have commercial design and construct experienceHave great communication and negotiating skills.Ability to work in a team environmentStrong problem solving skills and have the ability to drive successful commercial outcomes for the companyWhat's on Offer $90K-$140K salary packageWorking with one of Melbourne's top design and construct commercial buildersWorking on new build projects up to $40 milOuter West Melbourne locationThe Builder & Culture:
