About the Job About the roles The  Contract Administration Officer, Level 4 assists with the establishment and administration of a range of medium/low risk contract types for major infrastructure projects and provides ongoing financial support to these contracts.
The position also provides guidance on contract administration and procurement issues for projects.
The successful applicant will have good organisational skills with the ability to plan and prioritise competing work commitments to meet targets and deadlines.
We are seeking to appoint enthusiastic and dynamic individuals with strong analytical and problem solving skills, stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to manage the demands of a fast-paced project environment to deliver business outcomes.
There are currently three full time, fixed term appointments as a Contract Administration Officer until 30 June 2026 with the possibility of extensions and/or permanency available for immediate start.
The  Senior Contract Administrator, Level 5 provides contract administration and procurement support for major infrastructure projects.
This role also supports and contributes to the development and/or ongoing management of medium/high risk contracts, as well as assists in the management of the accounting function and monitoring of financial performance for projects.
The successful applicant will have leadership experience, including the capacity to lead, mentor and coach others, as well as the ability to effectively manage resources.
You will also have the ability to research, apply analysis and assist in undertaking contract risk assessments and reviews.
There is currently one full time, fixed term appointment as Senior Contract Administrator until 30 June 2026 with the possibility of extensions and/or permanency available for immediate start.

About You!
To be successful in these positions you will have relevant contract administration experience, including: Demonstrated experience in the administration of contracts and procurement processes.
Demonstrated knowledge and/or experience of government contracting and procurement policies and procedures.
Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of accounting principles and practices.
