The Position
Reporting into a Project Manager and working across 1-2 projects you will be providing support in the following areas:
Liaising with all trades and suppliersLiaising with Client/Project SuperintendentAttending meetings with Clients/Project Superintendent / subbies onsiteCost management of trades through construction processCost control and head contract administration.General administrative dutiesDocument controlProcessing and review of invoices/progress claims
Background / Skillset
Construction Management or related degreeHighly developed skills in the control of project financials and construction procurementExperience administering head contracts and resolving contractual matters with clientsIdeally looking for someone from a tier two backgroundIn depth understanding of corporate values, policies and procedures.Possess excellent commercial awareness with strong relationship building, influencing and negotiating skillsStrong Pre-Construction experience including lead generation, cultivation, tendering, tender interviewing
Salary will in line with experience however you can expect figures between $140K – 160K
