We have a unique opportunity for a Continuous Improvement Specialist to join our onsite supply team.
You'll be responsible for identifying and leading initiatives to deliver savings in the Supply Chain through theapplication of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), Lean or CI (Continuous Improvement) onsite.
You'll Co-pilot our inhouse TPM (MSE) program to ensure Continuous improvements activities are executed in line with our principles & the site implementation plan.
Key Responsibilities: Support delivery of our Site implementation plan by proper action planning & resourcingCo-pilot designated MSE pillar action plans for the siteIntegrate MSE tools & approaches to support deliveryIntegrate MSE principles in all site projects to support deliveryEmbed the MSE culture on site and engage all associates into MSE roadmap delivery including being the voice of the site Supply excellence programActs as a change agent, providing guidance and direction for the implementation; and appropriate follow up to ensure sustainability and accountability of the new initiatives within the factory.Drives WOW (Ware on Waste) activities consistent with the MSE principlesChampions continuous improvement / Lean methodologies to remove inefficiencies in the Supply chainApply a hands-on approach to improvement initiatives when neededCoaching associates and Shift Managers to build MSE capabilityTrain new starters in the MSE methodology including basic problem solvingFacilitate & coach Basic and Complex Problem Solving process & events on siteEnact CVS managers role during agreed Eng projectsWhat are we looking for? Proven experience in a food/beverage/FMCG factory environment (desirable)Experience with TPM/CI managementAbility to apply a hands on approach to improving line standards working closely with line operators Experience in leading step change initiative and best practice roll outExperience leading training sessionsExperienced in managing and building effective project teams made up of cross functional team membersSolid interpersonal skills in providing effective communication to management and other key stakeholdersStrong analytical and problem solving skillsWhat can you expect from Mars?
