We pride ourselves on being a united and supportive team, ready to act swiftly and decisively.As the Continuous Improvement Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for the identification, assessment, delivery, governance and stakeholder management of operational improvements associated with the Group Services portfolio.
These initiatives are key to delivering Group transformational change across all Group Services business units.You will be responsible for the planning, stakeholder coordination and the approval process for new initiatives.
Ensuring all aspects of the operation have been considered, setting the operation up for safe and reliable delivery of assets and insights.
This role is responsible for the governance and oversight across Group Services, supporting the ongoing performance across the portfolio to ensure alignment to meet Group objectives.You'll have –5+ years of continuous improvement, program management and/or strategy experienceAbility to manage cross functional projects which involve multiple and diverse areas within Qantas.Ability to work effectively in a team environment and foster networking between various areas and departments.Highly collaborative, influential and operationally astute.Strong leadership, time management & strategic thinking capabilityCompetent self-starter with a positive attitude to work as a team member and leader.A commitment to customer service and quality.Highly organised, pro-active and methodical approach to tasks.A commitment to accuracy and punctuality in meeting deadlines.Ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels within the business.Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI and project management tools.Why Qantas?You'll join a team where creativity and passion are encouraged.
