Our Business is growing, and we are looking for a Continuous Improvement Manager! ABOUT THE ROLEFulltime/Permanent position. This integral role will see you promoting a continuous improvement culture across our operations, aligned with the business strategy. The Continuous Improvement Manager will design, lead and deliver KGF (Kilcoy Global Foods) Operations Continuous Improvement program within Australia with a focus on eliminating waste, identifying and resolving process and system deficiencies that help maximise service, cost & compliance objectives of the business.
ABOUT YOUYou will have experience working within a heavy industry background, with exposure to PM frameworks such as Lean Methodology, WCM Methodology, 5'S' process, and Kaizen approach.
