Job OverviewBritvic is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Continuous Improvement (CI) Manager to join our dynamic team. The CI Manager will be responsible for leading and implementing Lean Manufacturing initiatives, driving Operational Excellence, and optimizing Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) across our production facilities. This role is critical in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and achieving operational efficiency.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead the deployment of Lean Manufacturing principles and practices.Conduct value stream mapping, identify waste, and implement process improvements.Train and mentor staff on Lean methodologies and tools.Develop and execute strategies to achieve operational excellence.Implement best practices and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance productivity.Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement.Analyze OEE data to identify areas for improvement in equipment performance.Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to reduce downtime and increase equipment reliability.Implement preventive maintenance programs and optimize machine utilization.Lead cross-functional teams on CI projects from inception to completion.Develop project plans, set milestones, and ensure timely delivery of project objectives.Report on project progress and outcomes to senior management.Drive a culture of continuous improvement and change management within the organization.Engage and motivate employees at all levels to embrace CI initiatives.Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote CI culture.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in a CI role within a manufacturing environment.Proven track record of implementing Lean Manufacturing and Operational Excellence initiatives.Strong analytical skills with experience in OEE analysis and improvement.Excellent project management and leadership skills.Effective communication and interpersonal skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
