We're looking for a Continuous Improvement Leader who is passionate about driving continuous improvement. The strategic function is to lead the Beverley Site CI program to unlock production capacity and support the Site Manager to optimize the Dulux Production System on site.

Responsibilities Identify capacity constraints through system-level analysis and data utilization to spot improvement opportunitiesFacilitate cross-functional teams in designing and implementing sustained improvementsSupport the production team in developing and implementing standard operating procedures and a 5S programAid production teams in effective problem-solving and implementing process improvementsSkills & Experience Prior Continuous Improvement experience within manufacturingDemonstrates excellent motivating and influencing abilitiesCapable of implementing and driving lasting changePossesses strong listening and communication skillsHolds Continuous Improvement experience within a production environmentWhy DuluxGroup?
