Build trusted business relationships by provision of CI advice to all departments as required. Execute the continuous policies and guidelines. Engage with other departments to sustain, improve, and streamline all processes with a primary focus on safety, quality, delivery, and cost. As part of the Continuous Improvement Team, advise change agents and team members on medium-sized project tasks. About You Understanding of CI within the business context Experience in CI and project management, ideally within a manufacturing environment. Strong influencing skills with the ability to build and maintain trusted relationships. Outstanding analytical skills, proficient in identifying areas for improvement, mapping and planning, then leading the execution.
