ATA are working with the World's Largest Automotive group, Toyota Motor Manufacturing at their world-class manufacturing plant in Flint, Deeside. TMUK are an established member of the Toyota global group, accounting for an impressive £3B of the group's £210B annual turnover. The RoleAchieving kaizen – Toyota's world-renowned continuous improvement process.Analysing, reviewing and process improvement.Utilising other CI tools, including root cause analysis, 5S, LEAN, amongst others.Supporting with complex machinery breakdowns.Electrical and mechanical fault finding.Undertaking project work which can include upgrade and new machine installation.What's great about working at Toyota?Chance to experience world-class manufacturing up close.Real career progression opportunities for those that apply themselves.Fantastic training with the chance to become truly multiskilled.What does a day to day look like for a maintenance technician on site?As a maintenance technician, you will be responsible for maintaining a variety of PLC controlled machinery, which includes various complex CNC machines, robotics, and conveyor transfer systems.
