We know that our success is the result of more than 4,000 talented people working together to achieve amazing outcomes.Reporting to the Continuous Improvement Manager, the Continuous Improvement Advisor is accountable for the deployment of WesTrac's Continuous Improvement Program and development of Lean manufacturing practices in our business, as well as leading and coaching various team leaders and managers to implement the CI program consistently across the business.The CIA will manage the CI system to ensure that the information and reporting within it is accurate, and that the initiatives and the value they deliver can be tracked through the PDCA methodology.
