Duties of the Content Writer - Knowledge Management Systems Work with the business to review working instructions and standard operating procedures to uplift into a new management solution, supporting a transformational program that is replacing core business systems. Conduct a comprehensive review of existing knowledge management artefacts and identity those impacted by the new system. Write and edit instructional content including standard operating procedures, working instructions, internal guidelines and job aids that meets the needs of operational frontline staff. Collaborate with subject matter experts to deliver accurate and appropriate knowledge management artefacts, applying corporate formats and keeping in line with the organisational style guide. Skills and Experience Required Ability to conduct a comprehensive review of existing knowledge management artefacts and identity those impacted by the new system. Experience in rollout of new knowledge management alongside project delivery working in AGILE. Experience in writing and editing instructional content including standard operating procedures, working instructions, internal guidelines and job aids that meets the needs of operational frontline staff. Demonstrated experienced collaborating with SMEs to deliver knowledge management artefacts. Experience in Salesforce Enablement (desired).
