Content Writer - Knowledge Management

6 month initial assignment with 6 month option to extend Active Baseline clearance required Canberra, Sydney, Brisbane or Townsville locations Our Federal Government client is seeking the services of an experienced Content Writer . It is expected that the successful candidate will possess an active Baseline Clearance. If successful, you will work with the business to review working instructions and standard operating procedures to uplift into a new management solution, supporting a transformational program that is replacing core business systems. Skills and experience required include but are not limited to: Ability to conduct a comprehensive review of existing knowledge management artefacts and identity those impacted by the new system. Experience in writing and editing instructional content including standard operating procedures, working instructions, internal guidelines and job aids that meets the needs of operational frontline staff. Collaboration with subject matter experts to deliver accurate and appropriate knowledge management artefacts, applying corporate formats and keeping in line with the organisational style guide. Experience in rollout of new knowledge management alongside project delivery working in AGILE. Experience in Salesforce Enablement highly regarded.
