As a key member of the Loyalty Creative Studio, the Content Writer will be responsible for end-to-end copy production for small to large creative projects spanning print, digital, social and video channels across all Qantas Loyalty businesses. This includes, but is not limited to Marketing, Corporate Communications, Product, Events and Customer Experience.
The successful candidate will be a highly motivated creative professional with a strong level of expertise in copywriting, and the ability to apply knowledge to implement marketing strategies to achieve business outcomes. The Content Writer will also possess a deep understanding of Generative AI technologies and high-level prompt engineering skills.
Key Responsibilities Strong technical copywriting knowledge developed over years in the field.Interpret content / copywriting briefs liaising with stakeholders across Qantas Loyalty and external stakeholders when necessary.Collaborate with designers, content creators and strategists, UX, marketing managers and other stakeholders wherever necessary to fulfil content / copywriting briefs.Liaise with Marketing Managers and other Qantas Loyalty stakeholders to understand and provide feedback on copy briefs across the end-to-end delivery process.Assist a large range of stakeholders across varying topics with confidence, including matters of brand and tone of voice.Provide advice, share knowledge and expertise, and actively collaborate with Loyalty Marketing, Digital, Commercial, Product and Content teams in addition to teams across the wider Qantas Group, including the Airline Creative Studio.Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all key stakeholders.Ensure that all tasks and responsibilities comply and conform with relevant regulatory and quality requirements, and Company policies and standards.You'll have: A minimum of 5 years' experience as a copywriter.Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications or journalism.Sound experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.Ability to meet deadlines.Ability to self-motivate.Exceptional client service and stakeholder management skills.Ability to communicate with, and manage numerous internal stakeholders at one time.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strategic thinking, logical and analytical problem-solving skills.Keen interest in digital marketing trends, best practice and innovation.Why Qantas?
