Content Studio Administrative Assistant

We seek a full-time administrative guru to join us as a Client Services Coordinator to join our fast-growing and fast-paced business, Core Photography. 
The Role: Liaise with clients and suppliers for any amendments to their final outputs promptlyTriaging, delegating and handling email enquiries and tasks through our shared inboxProof and deliver high-quality content to clients, such as photos, floor plans and copywriting  Help quality check large volumes of images within a limited deadlineAssisting the on-field photography team with questionsEnsure deliverables are correctly input into our CRM and booking systemOrganising shoots, equipment and onsite photographer assistanceGeneral business and marketing administrationIdeal Candidate: Strong attention to detailGreat communicatorAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentAble to prioritise and meet deadlinesProficient in using Adobe Creative Suite in particular Lightroom and Photoshop (ideal but not a must)Experience with using camera equipment plus other studio tools (ideal but not a must)Benefits and Culture: Join a company that is going through significant growth and changeBe part of a collaborative, supportive, creative and experienced teamOngoing training and supportOpportunity to grow within the role and organisationLocated in the vibrant inner city hub of Zetland
