ABOUT THE ROLE We are on the hunt for a Content Specialist to join our Foundation team on a 12-month MAT leave contract. If you're someone who lives and breathes social media, thinks creatively, and is constantly up to date with current trends, then this role is for you! We're looking for someone with a passion for storytelling who can innovate and think outside the box while staying true to the Foundation's brand DNA.
Strong copywriting skills are essential, as you'll be crafting engaging content in both short and long forms that captivates diverse audiences. Your responsibilities will include creating, writing, and editing social media content for various channels, including the Foundation's web page, intranet, and social media platforms that will boost visibility, all while ensuring consistency in key messaging. You'll also monitor and analyze content performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to enhance engagement and ROI. Additionally, you'll manage content calendars, assist with video scripting and storyboarding, and develop content briefs for global videographers.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE A love for social media and understanding of current trends.A passion for storytelling.Experience creating content/reels for different social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Snapchat, and LinkedIn).Strong copywriting skills – short and long form.Experience in analyzing data and reports relating to customer reach and engagement.Ability to build relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders.Qualifications in marketing or social media are advantageous.
