About the roleAre you an expert in copywriting & content marketing? Have a keen eye for design and obsess over the small details? Is the short-stay industry your passion? We are seeking an enthusiastic and creative Content & Quality Coordinator to shape and oversee the look and feel of Hometime's listings to ensure a five-star guest experience and maximise homeowner returns. You will take a leading role in generating and managing the quality, content, and photography for hundreds of listings across Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, and Hometime's direct booking site.
Here's what you'll do: Harness the power of AI to craft creative and captivating listing content in line with Hometime standards, converting lookers into bookers.Successfully onboard organic and acquired properties, ensuring content syndication & presentation across channels (including Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, and Hometime's direct booking site).Actively review photography output & quality from our contractors, providing constructive feedback as per standards when necessary.Assist in the evolution and upholding of Hometime property standards – design and fit out – to facilitate five-star guest experiences in every home.Support and implement listing content & quality enhancement programs to ensure Hometime listings are set up for maximum success on all channels.Identify the need for and help to create value-adding materials to enforce property quality for homeowners and Hometime's network of Partners.Respond to Partner queries and optimisation requests, providing supplementary support as required.Liaise with our external Partners, including Airbnb, Booking.com & VRBO, to quickly resolve potential issues.Monitor guest feedback and identify areas for improvement in listing accuracy.Evaluate listing data to identify performance vs. potential and implement necessary improvements for uplift.Tools you'll be using: Booking platforms: Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo/Stayz, Hometime's direct booking site (DBS).Channel manager: Rentals United.Internal PMS: Hometime Platform.Business Intelligence tool: Knowi.Project management: Notion.Ticketing & CRM: Hubspot.The Ideal Candidate: Professional experience in short-term property management is ideal, but not required.Strong understanding of content development & strategy. Copywriting and Content Creation: Write compelling content in line with the brand's voice to achieve key goals, including awareness, ranking, and conversion.
Content Development: Build and manage a rich content calendar that attracts the relevant audiences.
Skills you'll need: Collaboration: Works with others by being open, clear in communication, and listening to achieve goals.
Written communication: Writes in a clear and structured format to convey information and ideas effectively to a target audience.
Attention to detail: Accurately identifies and rectifies discrepancies or errors that exist in information and deliverables.
